1.1 Introduction

Nutri-Phenomics is a web application designed to measure nutritional traits from pulse crop flour, targeting remote users. This application utilizes chemometric models based on partial least squares regression (PLSR) developed on Fourier transform mid-infrared (FTMIR) spectral data to generate quantitative results.

1.2 Instrumentation Required

These chemometric models can be operated regardless of the make and model of the FT-MIR spectrometer employed to collect the spectral details.

1.3 Webapp Purpose

The application is designed for fast uploads and downloads of spectra and results, respectively.
